Contract Conditions: Art. 64 et seq of Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005

Vintage For All recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by law. The deadline to exercise this right is 10 days.

By that date, the client may notify us your request by e-mail or in writing by mail.

It is possible to return your purchase and be reimbursed if you make the request within 10 days after receiving the package.

You may return the object purchased as specified in the Standards in force to protect the buyer, on request you can ask for shipping insurance, the buyer will take care of insuring the shipment before his departure, we will not be responsible of uninsured shipments.

The customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except as described in the following paragraphs.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

The law applies to individual product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product purchased.
The products must be intact, as in the original condition, intact and not tampered, returned in the original packaging, to avoid damage we recommend when possible, to place the object in a double box.

The shipping costs for returning the property - according to law - they will be borne by the customer

The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the Customer
If the goods are damaged during transport, Vintage For All will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal.

We will refund the amount paid, after we have verified the integrity of what has been received.
